Welcome to 12 Trapper! This home is a comfortable 2,259 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Sleeps 10. It's located on Sunriver Resorts south end and is near the Sunriver Lodge, Sage Springs Club & Spa, Village Mall and the Deschutes River!

Awesome two-story Great Room with large dinning/gaming table, wood burning fireplace, comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with floor to ceiling windows on 3-sides for enjoying the outdoor scenery.

Additional features include:
• Located on the main level, you will find the master bedroom and a second bedroom both with king beds and TVs
• Upstairs there is a third bedroom with queen bed and TV
• Also upstairs, you will find the fourth bedroom with two twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids
• Private fence hot tub and deck area. Wonderful for star gazing on clear nights!
• Enclosed double car detached garage.

House comes with ten (10) reusable SHARC PASSES that must be returned to the house upon departure. Guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of any lost SHARC passes.

After some fun golfing at one of four resort golf courses or hiking one of the countless scenic trails in Central Oregon, you can lounge on the deck, relax in the hot tub or grill on the BBQ. This peaceful home nestled in the Sunriver might just become your home away from home.

This space was great for our three families. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and the bbq was great also. The large outside patio wood slab table was our spot to hangout. Super convenient location to the village and century commons. It has lots of storage for bikes and boards. Only hassle was the shape of the driveway- it really only accommodates for two vehicles and we were constantly shuffling our three rigs around. Would definitely stay in this area and home again.

Great home for groups and exploring Sunriver

Great spot with easy access to everything Sunriver has to offer. Great place to go with another family and kiddos. The layout has lots of flexibility on how to use the space. It's a little bit dated but has everything that you need.

Sunriver Summer 2023

The property was clean. The kitchen had enough gadgets, plates, etc. The house was lacking extra towels, literally just one towel for each guest. There is no A/C, so we feel very lucky that we really had bad fire smoke one day. The house definitely cools down at night with the windows open, but we were unable to do that the last night we stayed making it more difficult to sleep.
