The bathtub was rusted and moldy, there were people smoking pot in their rooms, filled the whole hallway and our room, small kid has ashma :/ the beds were hard, fridge froze everything, keys stopped working multiple times. If your lookijg for cheap and safe good spot. If your looking for a small amount of comfort dont stay here.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The wait to check in was ridiculous, I have never had to wait that long just to check in. We pre checked in like it suggested but come to find out that system was down and the staff working was unprofessional. Seemed like they were short handed but it all could have been handled differently.

We checked in and left to our concert. When we came back to our room we noticed how filthy it was. There was hair in our beds, the smell in the room was horrendous. We went downstairs to speak to front desk staff but could not find anyone. We ended up Leaving and driving the 3 hours back home. There was no way we were going to stay in that disgusting place

Staff was rude, key cards for our room stopped working multiple times, beds very uncomfortable, bad smell in rooms, sink didn’t drain, only has stairs, no hot food, ice machine but no way to get ice, and our room slept like weed all throughout the day and it was coming from the staff room on our floor. Would not recommend and will never return.

Amazing, friendly staff. Went above and beyond helping me with booking issues. Highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms, decent little breakfast, wheelchair access to bottom floor through back side of building.

The facility was clean and the staff very friendly The card reader for the room keys wasn’t working, so it was an inconvenience for everyone and a bit of a hassle. The breakfast was ok and could use some improvement.
