Welcome home to this tiny house, The Minni House! Located on the east side of Bend on the back of a beautiful treed lot across from a city park, this Minni retreat is the perfect place to experience tiny house living while visiting Bend. It is new construction, designed in comfortable contemporary colors and styles with everything you need and nothing you don't. Simple living, beautifully done. It has everything you need, and nothing you don't!

This tiny house is located on the side of a residential lot but has its own private, fenced off patio area, private entrance, and designated off-street parking spot. There is also an outdoor storage shed that measures approximately 6x4' that is entirely for guest use, with a padlocked door. It is great for storing bikes, outdoor equipment, or simply for stowing empty suitcases while you are here. The Minni House is an adorable little place in a great neighborhood!

This is a private, standalone house exclusively for guest use. The house and patio area are unshared by others. We have complete contactless check-in for the convenience and safety of our guests.

This tiny house is located on the back of a residential lot with full time residents that live there. They have five school aged kids that you may see playing basketball on the half court, or tossing a baseball in the park across the street. The Minni Retreat house is fenced off from the house to provide a private patio area for the guests and we used the highest quality soundproofing building materials for this home. So though you may see them on the other side of the fence a couple times during your stay, you won't hear them!

All towels, linens and bedding are included. We also leave guests a small amount of starter supplies including: toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soaps, hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, and coffee bar items mentioned above. We also provide blow dryers, iron and ironing board. Please plan accordingly to bring anything else you may wish to have with you on your trip.

Note: Guests who book this home will be required to sign an auxiliary rental packet with specific rules and information included, such as neighborhood quiet hours, check in and out time restrictions, and non-smoking policies. If you are traveling with a pet, you will also need to sign a copy of our pet rules.

**Our cancellation policies that you agree to at the time of booking are in effect even during a pandemic, winter travel season, summer wildfire season, etc. We highly recommend researching and purchasing third party Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) trip insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise that may require you to cancel or postpone your reservation, especially those related to COVID-19 closures and restrictions.
