Rooms are not sound proof, very small but clean and well maintained, nice little balcony.

Great staff, good location, fast check-in and check-out.
The room we got was tiny (like someone hit it with the shrink stick) but it was clean and comfy with a good bed and bedding. The balcony is also tiny but we happily shared a bottle of wine on it looking over Bendigo.
It's fine if you just want somewhere to sleep (which is what we wanted). We ate off-site (plenty of options in Bendigo) but the onsite options looked pretty good down stairs too.
Car parking at the front can be a lotto ticked when busy but there is overflow parking behind the hotel so don't stress.
We'd stay here again for sure.

Loved all the artwork in hotel. Staff very helpful & friendly. Loved that we could have breakfast & dinner at hotel. Both were very tasty. Would book this hotel again when in Bendigo.

Room found to be very nice and also same for hotel in general. Will for sure use same hotel if back in Bendigo.
Staff found very friendly. Free parking in front of hotel :-)

The property was relatively modern.
11.00AM check out was good.
The room was not all that comfortable, on the small side.
The cafe for meals was very limited, no provision for special diets (soup).
The bar did not serve tomato juice!
