The manager of the property was rude and unapproachable when he accused us of booking 4 rooms instead of 3. We had paperwork to prove our side of things and he was adamant and arrogant and would not listen at all. He also charged us more than quoted by Expedia. He relented when Expedia intervened on our behalf. Not good enough. I would not recommend his motel to anyone.

Room deodoriser was so overpowering like the scent of cheap soap. Left door open to air out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Dog next door was a very persistent barker at midnight onwards. Shower dripped & leaked water under recess. No outdoor maintenance lawns, pool, garden beds. Room good size. Free parking Women on reception was friendly & sweet

Very impressed with Hotel Sandhurst. It is a very clean and safe hotel. Hotel Manager Maryam is a delightful and competent young lady who made our family very welcome. We had a wonderful stay at the Sandhurst Hotel.

Need a bit more attention to detail

Could have done with a tea towel in the room as there were a few dishes that we used but nothing to wash or dry them. A couple of wine glasses would be good in the room. Chair was very grubby.

Comfortable motel.

Motel was dated but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. Staff were very engaging and friendly on arrival. Heating was efficient.

Comfortable bed housekeeping isn't a priority here, this room hadn't been cleaned properly. Plenty of dust, crumbs on chair and the floor.
