• Bedroom 1 located on main floor - 1 King Bed -
• Bedroom 2 located on main floor - 1 twin over Queen Bunk Bed -
• Bedroom 3 located in loft - 1 King Bed, 1 Queen mattress on floor, 1 twin mattress on floor, and 2 sleeping matts stored under king bed.

We Know you have enough on your plate when preparing for your stay so we try to make it easier for you by providing the following.

● Space is yours and only yours. No one else will be present.

Other things to note
● The cabin is in a wooded area and you will encounter bugs. We do what we can to keep them at bay but we cannot guarantee a bug-free experience.
● This is a remote location so you will most likely have bad phone service
● We allow for more guests than what each bedroom can sleep. Just so you are aware. There are couches and 2 floor matts, or you can always bring a few extra blankets or sleeping bags for the floor.
● Other than a few steps at front door, the place is not handicapped accessible.
● On a 3 acre wooded lot but can see neighbors through the trees.

There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am, we have neighbors next door so please be respectful of the neighbors.

PETS ALLOWED for a fee of $100 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.
Hello! We are excited to host you during your stay! However, we have to enforce some rules for the safety and protection of the property, guests, as well as our wonderful neighbors who we work diligently not to disturb.

#1 No excessive drinking or drugs.
Excessive drinking or drugs can lead to immediate eviction.

#2 Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am, keep noise at a minimum during these hours.

#3 No fireworks on the property

#4 PETS ALLOWED for a fee of $100 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.

#5 No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior. We have excellent neighbors who help us monitor and make sure no unusual activities are happening at the house.

#6 Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
