It's a convenient place to stay for a night or two.The location is convenient, but the place looks a bit cramped. The rooms are also on the smaller side. I liked the amenities and the staff were friendly.

Do not stay here.

All the rooms in this hotel are not sound proof. You can easily hear while walking through corridor. My room was next to overbridge. Lot of horns throuout the night, could not sleep. I requested to change the room, reception said we will send someone to check the room. After waiting for almost 40 min. I went to reception with request to change the room. They provided other room with dirty smelling carpet. I asked them in the morning if I can get orher alternative. I was refused. I was promised that they will refund me for the remaining amount as I was checked in for few more days. I still did not receive my refund. This is a hostel. No hand towels provided, very limited aminities with dirty,dusty smelling carpets. One of the worst hotels in my India trip.

Food was poor. Despite informing every next meal, no improvement. Booked for an SUV to the airport, end up getting sedan. Was late for the flight, had to voice out much to get refund in cash. Too tiny rooms. Just one thing good was, closest to my work and a chain of holiday inn hence safety concerned wasn’t there.

Provided two IDs for 2 rooms Staff insist on IDs for all guests including children. No specification on which pages of ID required so provided photo pages. Staff come back & insist on front and back passport. Has been just short of harrasment

The stay was ok, toilet was dirty I called the receptionist to send someone to clean. One guy came and he cleaned with the white towel it seems like they use it to clean the toilets and then rotate the same ones for the customer use.
