The staff wasn’t great , didn’t show courtesy of trust with credit card swipe issue , somebody else signed on my room for breakfast , they made wait to sort that issue out which was entirely an internal issue to them , a non expensive hotel doesn’t have to translate to non standard services and customer respect

Comfortable clean hotel with great service.

The hotel is very close to the Bagmane business offices. The hotel manager without hesitation provided complimentary transport to my office, which made my travel to work that day very convenient. The breakfast buffet was awesome with good options. The room was clean and comfortable.

The stay was pleasant one. the rooms were clean. the breakfast buffet had a decent spread. also the location was not noisy so had a good sleep.

I was given an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony which was great, however the curtains were not wide enough to cover the window and let light in all not.... Since there was no control for the balcony light and the room was on the first floor at the same level of the street lights this was a bit annoying... The curtain issue was taken up with the hotel HK staff but they were unable to find a fix to it...
