Stayed in many Benidorm hotels and this the best by far. Clean, spacious studio apt with pool view. Great cocktail bar and Cafe attached. Craft ale bar was great too. Pool accessible and always beds available. A great experience.

Overall the hotel is good with good facilities, staff and clean. Only disappointment was the room air conditioning was poor (asked them to repair twice but made no difference) and the pillows were too soft for me so made for a poor nights sleep.

Small room but great staff

The 2 members of staff on reception were fantastic (special thanks to Jake) However, we were disappointed with the room. Although it was perfectly clean, it was much smaller than I had expected from the photos, on which I based my choice of hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast buffet was excellent, as were all the members of staff we encountered.
