Very impressed with the hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly Location is great. 2 x minute walk to the beach 5 x minute walk to the strip 15 -20 x min walk to old town Great variety of restaurants within a few minute walk If I go again to Benidorm will definitely stay here again

Had an amazing experience from arrival. Reception staff were amazing and super friendly and professional. The hotel is in a fabulous location, close to both the old town and the strip. Also short walk to the beach. Pool area also amazing and personally no hassle with sunbeds (although usual type of typical brits putting towels out then disappearing for hours).

4th time at The Belroy. Awesome place and perfect distance to the beach or strip (5mins walk tops to each). Bulldog pub over the road for breakfast. Job done!!

The staff were amazingly helpfull. Sent wine to my room once they knew it was my. My birthday Only downside was my daughter and family were in room 1214 and the cleaner left them a note to say see had swept thru but couldn't make the beds as she had left a makeup bag towel and something else on the bed. It was not makeup all week.

Stayed in many Benidorm hotels and this the best by far. Clean, spacious studio apt with pool view. Great cocktail bar and Cafe attached. Craft ale bar was great too. Pool accessible and always beds available. A great experience.

Overall the hotel is good with good facilities, staff and clean. Only disappointment was the room air conditioning was poor (asked them to repair twice but made no difference) and the pillows were too soft for me so made for a poor nights sleep.
