Great hotel and theme park

Hotel was lovely, good size rooms and no issues getting beds around the pool. Theme park across the road is excellent and also the wildlife park which is about 20 minutes away. Decent selection for options for breakfast and evening meals.

The Hotel was clean and tidy, however, its a busy place and full of families. Breakfast time was hectic and the staff struggled to maintain the pace of demand. We enjoyed the pools, the gym, and the location, not far from the town or the local attraction's. An ideal base for a family holiday.

We was unsure about staying too far away from Benidorm itself and even though the distance is not far you need a taxi to go around the motorway. However the panoramic view and the quiet area was fantastic. The hotel is stunning and great for families. Even getting a place by the pool was done with little effort. My only criticism is that staff can be quite slow almost too relaxed. Getting pool side dinks from the bar took forever to the point where you give up. That aside we will definitely go back

Laundry service wasn’t available. Hotel was under repair. Staff apologised. Any food I had there was substandard and cold. Seemed that I was the only guest for the first 4 days. Probably the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I’m surprised that the Grand Luxor was aiming to partner with the Marriott chain. No, I won’t be returning.

Lovely Stay

This was for my wife's birthday and the room was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the condition of the sofa. I was not going to share it here, but the fact that they were aware when I mentioned it to them, made me wonder why wasn't it replaced.

The 2 bad things about The Grand Luxor Hotel

Everything was was excellent apart from 2 things The Breakfast, fruit and continental were OK. But the cooked breakfast was well below par. No proper sausage, bacon was all fat very low quality, eggs always undercooked, beans cold and low quality. Tomatoes and mushrooms cooked in garlic??? The pool areas not maintained and not cleaned daily. Broken wine glasses left under sunbeds for 5 days. Unacceptable really.
