This Penthouse has a terrace with a beautiful sea view, one bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower. Accommodates 3 people. Decorated in bright colours with the tile/marble floor. Equipped with everything necessary for living. The living room is equipped with a big flat TV with a Smart TV, a dining area and sofa. The kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and there are all the necessary items for cooking. It has air conditioners in each room and a washing machine. Free Wi Fi and a safe box. All windows have shutters and curtains.
The apartment complex has an outdoor pool, a sun terrace and a relaxation area. The penthouse offers sea views. To the sandy beach of Poniente, which has the status of the Blue Flag, walk 3 minutes.
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties and noisy events after 23.00. Parking on site is paid and paid separately, the cost is 15 euros per day. Pets strictly on request cost 20 euros per stay.
