Posizione eccezionale

Appartamento bello x 6 persone, attrezzato e posizionato in una zona tranquilla letteralmente sulla spiaggia di ponente distante 30 minuti a piedi dal centro e 10 in auto. Aria condizionata mancante nelle stanze da letto che pur possedendo ventilatori restano calde e afose per la notte, non godendo dell’influenza dal condizionatore nel salone. Ottimo il terrazzo e il parcheggio incluso. Quarto piano senza ascensore! Con i condizionatori nelle stanze sarebbe quasi perfetto.Da tornarci.

Fantásticas vistas, falta limpieza más profunda, falta camas más comodas, poco menaje para cocinar. Y pesada la escalera. Pero muy agradable el salón aunque las sillas de la terraza estaban dos rotas.

appartement très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la plage de poniente. au calme mais en même temps pas loin des restaurants et magasin de Benidorm, super séjour. Seul bémol: pas d'ascenseur et au 4eme étage un peu compliqué, une seule place de parking pour appartement 6 personnes un peu juste mais surtout la clim seulement dans la salle a manger donc les soirs très chaud un peu compliqué pour dormir.

Lovely apartment

We have just returned from staying here with 2 other couples and was really impressed. It was spotlessly clean, spacious with the most amazing views and positioned at the quiet end of Benidorm. It is also right next door to The xxx bar which was a bonus. Would recommend eating here. Had some lovely evenings there. Would really recommend this apartment.

Great location

We were 5 x 70 year old men celebrating 50 years since we were last in Benidorm. The apartment was fine, we were disappointed to find a double bed in the second bedroom as we were expecting the bedrooms to have 1x double bed and 4 x single beds. Only other problem was its situation on the 4 th floor, a lot of steps to climb. Other than that, a great location in the quietest area of Benidorm.

Fantastisk beliggenhed ved stranden

Unik beliggenhed med p plads. Stor rummelighed kejlighed med hele 3 badeværelser. Det eneste som trækker ned er at lejligheden trænger til et facelift ligesom aircon i soceværelserne har været meget ønskelig (findes kun i stuen).

Stayed here for two weeks in June excellent location over looking the beach but overall we found the beds of poor quality and uncomfortable. the cooking facilities are limited as you do not have a oven. The tv has only a few English channels and there is no DVD player. The main issues though are with the stairs which I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. If you are considering this apartment I would recommend that you have access to a car as taxis are not cheap and if you will be carrying lots of heavy shopping you will need you strength for the stairs! I did not feel this property represented value for money and overall was a little dissapointed with the experience.
