Tastefully furnished and very bright apartment of 70 m², with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator, glazed terrace incorporated into the living room, high speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, communal swimming pool+seasonal children's pool, outdoor and covered parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 Smart TV TVs, iron and dryer.

The American induction cooker is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Beautiful apartment and excellent location, very clean and modern The rain head shower was too large for the cubicle making it difficult to wash your hair. The twin bedroom needed some kind of bedside lamp instead of using the main overhead lights. A bath mat would be useful.

Clean, great view and location. Supermarket next door. The pool doesn't have sun loungers but only normal plastic chairs. Hardly any sunlight on the pool due to building and sun location. The air-conditioning unit drips water in the rooms. The doors do not properly shut and get stuck on the floor.

Het is een prachtig appartement met een geweldig uitzicht. Echt alles was aanwezig wat je kunt bedenken en alles was nieuw en schoon. Helaas is het volgend jaar februari al volgeboekt anders hadden we zeker weer voor dit appartement gekozen om er een maand te verblijven. Complimenten voor de eigenaar die ervoor heeft gezorgd dat wij konden genieten van een prachtige vakantie. Het enige wat wij misten was een vacuum cleaner. Die was wel handig geweest.
