Fantastic location just 200m from the romantic bay of Cala Advocat! The holiday home, built in the style typical of the country, has a large private pool and offers every comfort. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the outdoor area also invites you to relax outdoors.

The small village of Benissa is one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca and is home to the 16th-century Lonja (auction hall), which currently hosts various traveling exhibitions. Overall, the municipality includes 4 km of coastline, consisting of numerous small bays, sandy or pebble beaches and cliffs. The small harbor bay of Benissa Costa is ideal for water sports such as sailing, kayaking and diving. Or explore the rugged coastline on foot on the Eco Coastal Path, which is accessible all year round.

Lage Top, Haus Flop ausser Garten & Pool Wir stellen keine grossen Ansprüche aber das geht nicht und wir erwarten vom Anbieter, das Haus nicht mehr zu vermieten, solange dieses nicht saniert und richtig gereinigt wurde (Bilder vorhanden). - Nasszellen; Müll von Vormieter im Abfalleimer "eklig", Möbel von Feuchtigkeit aufgebläht & muffig, Toiletten undicht (Besitzer wusste gem. WhatsApp Nachricht im Vorfeld davon), grausamer Gestank, Risse an der Decke und in den Fliesen, Duschbrausen müssen erneuert werden, Flecken & Schimmel an der Decke, Verputz/Farbe bröckelt ab - Zimmer; dreckige Matratzen, Quietschende Betten (schon beim Hinsetzen), Staub & Dreck unter den Betten, dreckige Kleider im Kasten von Vormieter, Wände voller Löcher & Risse, Flecken (Blut) von erschlagenen Mücken - Küche; dreckig und schmuddelig, Wasserhahn muss erneuert werden, aufgeblähtes Holz, Hausrat nicht ausreichend für 6 Gäste (Gabel, Messer, Löffel...) Wohnzimmer; nicht verwendet, da nur ein Tisch für 4 Personen (6 Gäste)... - Lose Stromkabel, defekte Sonnenschirme, defekte Sonnenliegen, defekte Lounge - Bei Regen müssen Eimer im Haus aufgestellt werden, weil das Dach undicht ist usw. - grundsätzlich dreckig, staubig, Spinnweben an den Wände und Decken & im Backofen Das Haus ist trotz super Lage, Garten mit grossem und sauberen Pool (Poolcleaner 1x pro Woche), Waschmaschine, Nähe zum Meer, nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Geld nicht Wert und es ist grundsätzlich eine Frechheit ein Haus in diesem Zustand zu vermieten. Ein Dank an die Lady die für die Schlüsselübergabe zuständig war, wir durften bereits 2 Stunden vorher das Haus beziehen. Enyway wir haben die Tage in Benissa/Calpe und Umgebung mit tollen Ausflügen, Strand, Meer, Schnorcheln & gutem Essen genossen. Hakuna matata

Je moet altijd iets positiefs zeggen dus bij deze: het zwembad was niets mis mee. Lekker groot en diep. Dan de minpunten die er helaas heel veel waren. Om te beginnen valt de stroom regelmatig uit, al is het maar kort steeds dan nog is het erg vervelend als je airco er steeds mee stopt. De matrassen van een van de bedden zijn zo oud als methusalem, volgens mij zitten er zelfs nog van die springveren in. De kussens op alle bedden zijn van die met vlokken gevulde todjes, advies aan iedereen is om zelf een fatsoenlijk kussen mee te nemen. Er is geen deur in huis die fatsoenlijk sluit, niet erg prettig voor de anderen als je naar het toilet moet bijvoorbeeld. Er zijn amper stopcontacten in het huis aanwezig, in de huiskamer is het helemaal bedroevend en ook op de kamer waar ik zelf sliep was er welgeteld 1. Er was 1 kort stekkerdoosje aanwezig met 3 stopcontacten dat je kon gebruiken om uit te breiden. De douchekoppen hebben een serieuze ontkalkingsbeurt nodig, was al 10 minuten bezig om water uit meer dan de helft van de gaatjes te krijgen. Er is geen scherp mes te vinden in het huis, het kleine schaartje was ook zo bot als de neten. Fijn dat er een wasmachine is die je kunt gebruiken, wasknijpers en een wasmandje zou ook wel handig zijn geweest. Zelf maar wasknijpers gekocht en achtergelaten voor toekomstige gasten. Het meubilair is oud en versleten doet armoedig aan. Er is een garage aanwezig maar daar kun je geen gebruik van maken en ook niet van de overkapping voor een auto, daar staat die van de eigenaar. Je auto staat dus continu in de warme zon. Als de eigenaren wat geld zouden investeren kan het best wel het geld dat je betaald waard worden, is nu niet het geval. Waarom dan de beoordeling redelijk? Nou ja het zwembad was lekker groot.

Das Haus könnte hier und da eine kleine Investition gebrauchen, aber insgesamt war unser Urlaub hier fantastisch. Der Pool ist ideal und die Temperatur im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafzimmern war sehr angenehm. Gehen Sie etwa 150 Meter hinunter und Sie gelangen zum wunderschönen Strand von Cala Avocat. Wir wollen zurückkehren.
