LAYOUT: Villa BELLA COSTA has a combination of Mediterranean and rustic style with a large garden full of local plants and is distributed over two floors. The main entrance gives access to a large and bright space where the open plan kitchen is located with all the necessary elements and utensils for the preparation of meals in a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Right next to it is an open space where there is a dining room with a table and several chairs that can seat all the guests, as well as a living room with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table and a television. In the extension we have access to a porch with a four-seater sofa and a coffee table with several chairs. From this space we can see through the large windows the very nature of the villa. To our left we have access to two bedrooms with a double bed. On the same floor there are two bathrooms with showers. An external staircase gives access to the lower floor which consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: On entering the property we have access to the parking area where we can park several vehicles. On the terrace, situated at the back of the villa, there is a dining area with a large table. A few meters away, another round table with chairs to share a refreshing drink overlooking the splendid garden. Going down the stairs and crossing the garden, we have access to the swimming pool surrounded by several sun loungers at our disposal to enjoy the sun and the climate of the Costa Blanca. The garden of Villa Bella Costa is really beautiful, the plants and flowers of the area are magnificent and offer us a very special feeling of nature.

SITUATION: Villa BELLA COSTA is located in a quiet area offering peace and tranquility, very close to the sea. The villa is only a few minutes' drive from La Fustera beach, as well as leisure areas such as restaurants, supermarkets and water activities in the area.
