A practical laundry room is also located on this level. The sleeping area on this floor consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower tray.

- A second bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.

- A third bedroom with bunk beds and air conditioning.
