CHARMING VILLA FOR RENT IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 6 people.
LAY OUT : This wonderful modern styled villa, has 165 m2 spread over four floors connected by an interior staircase. We access the villa through the fourth floor where we will find a solarium, the hall and the stairs to get the lower floors. We can enjoy wonderful sea views form this level of the property. On the third floor we will find two bedrooms with double bedand and an independent bathroom with shower. From that floor we also have nice views to the sea. The second floor is the main one; it has a wide, luminous and modern room with the dinning-living room and an American kitchen. Finally we have a nice covered terrace which goes around the dining-living room. It is equipped with an exterior dining room and some sofas where you can relax comfortably. The lower floor is at the same level as the swimming pool and the garden are. On this floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERIOR : Built on an inclined 725m2 plot, a garden on several levels with different kinds of trees and plants. The barbecue area is on an uncovered terrace, at the same level as the villa. On lower level we have the swimming pool surrounded by its sunbeds. There is also an uncovered parking with space enough to park two cars.
LOCATION : The villa is located on the Montemar hill, it is the perfect place to have wonderful vacations, close to all the services as well as the Benissa and Moraira coasts.
