In the district of Cumbre del Sol 8 km from the centre of Moraira, 10 km from the centre of Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 4.9 km, railway station "Teulada" 9.5 km, ferry "Denia" 23.2 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 8 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 3.5 km.
