Magnificent modern, spacious apartment (140m²) and bright located in the residential area of Cumbre Del Sol close to Moraira (10 min) and Javéa.

This apartment with individual entrance is planned for 2 to 6 people, it consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 large new Italian shower and 1 bath), an equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room as well as '' a large terrace (furnished) - pergola (covered). Cot (foldable) available on site.

The apartment is newly furnished with taste and simplicity: fully equipped for your comfort, wifi, air conditioning (3), heating (news), televisions (2), DVD player, CD radio ... alarm clocks, ... dishes needed. All small household appliances, plancha, microwave oven, electric hob, fridge, fridge, coffee machine, tea, electric grill, washing machine, iron and board, dishwasher

A large terrace (20m²) located due south facing the sea. Panoramic view (180 °) - It is equipped with a table, chairs (6) and long seats (3) a pergola, a solar blanket allowing you to put yourself in the shade. New sliding windows to allow you to make the most of the terrace.

The 2 infinity pools (semi-private) are close (100 m) from this apartment and accessible by a pedestrian. They are equipped with sun loungers, parasols, showers, toilets and a shaded area.
A paddling pool is available for the little ones.
In summer a "lifeguard" ensures security around the 2 swimming pools.

A free parking space is available in front of the apartment, one-way street.

The car is essential (uneven terrain) and the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (Stairs)

Little paradise on the Costa Blanca, Cumbre Del Sol is a residential area (no building), the apartments are arranged in steps on 3 levels.
No tall towers, tall buildings, no mass tourists ...

Quiet area ideally located on the heights of Bénitachell and close to all facilities (Lidl, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, .... bakery (1.5km)). Cala Del Moraig (sea / beach) is 2 minutes from the apartment.

An exceptional panoramic view (180 °) is offered to you and allows you to see the town of Javea at the ifac of Calpé and many lighthouses such as the Cabo de la Nao, Cabo san Anthonio. Several types of beaches are possible, pebbles or fine sands 5-10 minutes from the apartment.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Terrasse mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, es hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Man muss mobil sein, dann ist man schnell überall. Auch der Pool war mega. Komme gerne wieder einmal.

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut. Da dass aus in einem Resort liegt, gibt es saubere Straßen und gute Nachbarn. Tipp: Holen Sie sich ein Auto, da die Wohnung auf einen Berghang liegt.
