WHAT A MAGNIFICENT VILLA!We spent a very happy week with our family of 8 adults- spanning the ages of 51-19.The villa itself is very well equipped and beautifully designed for comfort and fun.There was even sun creams, bathroom smellies, dishwasher tablets, pool inflatables, a washing line, many, many board games, a wireless speaker which was fab for the pool area… play so much more! THE POOL and the VIEW steal the show!The hosts were very informative and a complete pleasure to deal with.The area is very central to access LOTS of beaches and coves, a huge selection of supermarkets and the recycling/household waste drop off is very local.The very steep hills make it a rental car only option. So we drove to beautiful locations for our daily walks.

Best holiday!!!

We had a fantastic two-week holiday staying at this beautiful villa. Located in a peaceful and scenic area, the house was the perfect getaway for our family. It was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.One of the highlights was the good-sized swimming pool – perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy throughout the day. We spent hours swimming, lounging by the water, and making the most of the sunny weather.The outdoor space was ideal for family meals and quiet evenings, and the surroundings offered a great mix of privacy and easy access to nearby attractions.The check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.We truly felt at home and were sad to leave at the end of our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful family retreat with a great pool in a lovely setting, this villa is a fantastic choice. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again!

A wonderful villa

Fantastic escape for a week to this amazing villa. Everything was better than we could have hoped for and the interaction with the owner was a lovely experience making everything so easy and relaxed. Large grounds with ample areas to find space is particularly impressive and the comfort and equipment found in the Villa is first class. We will be back!

Outstanding.

Simply put as the title says outstanding! Third time at Emmanuel’s Villa and zero complaints, host is extremely accommodating and Martine is great although I cannot speak French and she cannot speak English we make it work. Well equipped with high quality fixtures and furnishings I literally cannot fault it at all. Will try and get back this year due to cutting our visit short but if not 100% next year we’ll be back.

A lovely villa , very well equipped

Beautiful views. Good privacy for different guests as it is spread over 2 floors. ( We hadn't realised however that there is no internal staircase, so a consideration for families) Plenty of space inside and out and the pool was lovely ,though I found the top step a little steep for getting in, as there no rail .It was a lovely temperature with plenty of sunbeds around it so again, you don't feel on top of each other. Plus there is provision for sun and shade lovers alike. Many children's pool toys etc and beach chairs if required. Parking is a little tricky, though fine, as there is a narrow gateway and cars have to park one behind the other. The Mercadona supermarket was excellent. To be honest, we hardly left the grounds as it was all so enticing. The bathroom facilities are very modern and excellent. The kitchen equipment provided is extensive and everything is good quality. Communication with the owner is very detailed and responsive, and Martine, the housekeeper was helpful and friendly. The ceiling fan in the living room was out of action but we rarely spent time inside and there was a free standing fan. The bedroom fans worked well as did the mosquito grills. We made a lot of use of the gas plancha for cooking and the main kitchen upstairs had everything needed. We didn't use the TVs as there didn't seem to be any English channels available but WiFi worked fine for all the devices we had. Hot water was plentiful. We would happily stay there again if in the area.

What an absolutely beautiful hidden gem of a villa. A little tempted not to post so that we can visit anytime!! However, the location and contact with the Landlord and their representative was smooth. No issues and no language barrier. The property itself had all the items we needed for our stay and more. We even left a few items ourselves for t hose coming in the future. It was very easy to locate with the directions from the owner and the local stores were easily accessible. The villa was clean and well kept and the utilities all worked fantastically. We can not fault the villa in any way and would highly recommend to anyone else planning a visit. We will definitely be staying there again in the not too distant future. Thank you to the owners and their team for a fantastic holiday. Just a shame it was not for longer. x

Fabulously spacious and relaxing villa

The villa was absolutely excellent and everything was as described. It was the perfect location for our family which is 7 adults. What made the villa so great for us was the huge terraces on both the upper and ground floor as there was so much space to relax. These areas were extremely well equipped with tables, chairs and sofa's. The view to the sea if great and even though their are properties on both sides it felt very private. The pool facilities were excellent as well with lots of inflatables etc. and loungers for everyone. Fantastic. Communication was absolutely excellent both from the owner and the welcoming host. Overall, very highly recommended and we'd return without hesitation.

Perfecto!!!!!

Had been looking forward to getting away for a couple of years and we were a bit wary that there was no air con. Emmanuel assured me it would not be a problem as between ceiling fans and a mountain breeze that flows down the valley it would not be a problem and he was right. The villa is perfect with astunning sea view and beautiful pool area bbq area and we could not have been happier. I'm having to resist booking for next year.

A great Villa home with all the amenities a family group could want, Excellent pool, BBQ & grill. Washing facility, great i you have young kids, Stunning down the valley views as well. A great layout as well. Will definitely think about next year soon

Fabulous large family villa

This is our second time staying at the villa and we just love it. The 2 weeks went far to quickly. There is nothing we can fault. It is spacious and so well equipped you will hardly want to leave the villa. We really enjoyed all the new outdoor furniture this visit with the highlight being the multi colour pool lights which the kids had hours of fun playing in till up till 10pm. We swam most days from about 8am through to the late evening. The BBQ area is great which is how we cooked most night as well as enjoying a number of cooked breakfasts on the outdoor gas cooker. everything is thought of and catered for from well equipped kitchens, extra beddings, toiletries in all the bathrooms plus the big bonus - mozzie netting on all windows so at night you can keep you windows open and enjoy the cool valley breeze. The villa is well situated from both Valencia and Alicante airports, Benidorm and all the water parks and attractions - we loved Aqua Natura. Javea and its stunning beaches are 15 minute drive away plus there are lots of other local beaches with great restaurants so you really are spoilt for choice. The area has lots big supermarkets open all hours within 5 minute drive away the Mercadona has the most incredible seafood counter. Dealing with Emmanuel and Anne is a pleasure, they are both so helpful and efficient and provide so much information on the area. Martine the caretaker is on hand if you need anything and greets you with a hug and kiss, We loved out stay at Los Pardos and hope to return one day.

Amazing villa and holiday

We have just returned from a week at Los Prados - 2 adults and 3 children under 10 and had the most amazing time. It was one of the best villas we have ever stayed at. Big, spacious and so well equipped there was literally nothing we were without. We were a bit reluctant that there was no air con but it was not a problem as in the valley where was a lovely cool breeze in the evenings. Lots of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils,easy to use appliances and a brilliant braai area. Villa was very clean, comfy beds with lots of little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is the highlight we spent hours and hours swimming till 11pm at night. Villa is very quite and private and gardeners and pool maintenance came and went with little interruption. The booking and check in process was very easy and communications with Emmanuel was superb - so efficient and professional and it was so handy to receive the villa info and stuff to do in the area in advance of arriving. The villa is well situated for lots of supermarkets as well as easy access to a number of beaches, bars and restaurants. I have nothing I can fault about Los Prados and we will defiantly be booking again. Only watch out is the mozzie but that is applicable to most hot summery places. All windows have full mozzie nets on so you can kept them open. Thank you Emmanuel and Ann for letting us stay in your lovely villa and being so helpful.
