The room was clean. The carpet needed cleaning. No room cleaning for our second night, so no clean towels. The personnel was very nice.

This could have been a nice little property. Unfortunately Hop Sing has their whole family living here!! I have traveled to many places for work and vacation throughout the past 30+ years . It seems like every time the middle easterns come in and buy up something they 1) Half ass everything 2)it’s a FREE BUSINESS For them for the first 10years. 3) The properties are always low class but make it sound nice before you book it. All in all this place has potential for the right person who doesn’t believe that caulk with your ass and paint with the curtains is the idea of “REMOLDED “

This place was a mess it look like crack head sum straight out of Dexter there was free roaming dogs our shower broke there was pubes in the shower when we asked for a refund he was completely rude

Would even check in. It looked like something out of a movie of NARCs. There were people sitting in furniture from rooms outside the rooms when you pulled in. This place was absolutely nothing like anything that appeared on Expedia. I was scared to stay. This was the first time using Expedia what was pictured looked like a switch!!!!

We didn’t get the actual bed we asked for and we had to get two twin beds and was not able to sleep in the same bed because they were two small.

When I pulled up to the property I IMMEDIATELY TURNED AROUND and left. The look of the property turned me off well it actually frightened me. It made me think of Bates Motel with Norman and his mother. I was willing to loose my money I prepaid because I refused to stay at a place looking like that. Terrible look please fix the outside

Tight fit toilet.

The toilet for room 238 was wedged between the tub and wall. If I was a bigger guy I couldn’t fit. The hot water was tricky to figure out.

Basic hotel on short notice. Nice staff, felt Its age but had super comfy beds and pillows. We didn't know about the spring festival before we got to town but were able to catch a lantern tour at the cemetery that was super fun

Horrible place

This place was disgusting and unsafe I would not feel safe staying here it looked like there were people living in these rooms Dirty, broken down and scary don't believe the photos. I can't believe Hotels.com would even deal with this place.
