The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming studio for rent in the town of Bénodet, just 150 metres from the beach. It measures 23 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 18 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a shower room and a balcony where you can enjoy the sea air. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a TV, sofas (including a sofa bed for 2 people) and a dining area.
- A fitted open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs, a filter coffee machine…
- A shower room.
- A separate toilet.

Outside:
- A balcony of approximately 4 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.

The flat is ideally situated in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood just 150 metres from the beach. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, a thalassotherapy centre and a casino…

At the mouth of ‘the prettiest river in France’, the bay and its large beach await you. Just 17 km from Quimper, a City of Art and History and the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of ramparts. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the heyday of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the town of painters where Gauguin once stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France’s leading port for small-scale fishing.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner).
- End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any appliances after use.
