You'll feel comfy as soon as you enter into this recently updated home! Its convenient location to both the lake and town, huge oversized driveway to fit your vehicles and boat, along with the large front porch are just a few things that sets this special place apart from others. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large open living area, lake-themed decor, wide hallway, and an extra room that can be used for relaxing, working, exercising, or entertaining guests. Super close to restaurants, gas stations and of course, KY Lake! BEDROOMS: 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds. New soft bedding & pillows, curtains, remote controlled lighting and faux wood blinds for added privacy or brightness. Fresh new carpets in Spring 2025 in each. Each has useable closets and bedroom furniture for your clothes. BATHROOMS: Both are recently updated, 1 has a bath & shower, the other is shower only. Soft absorbent towels and some essential toiletries are provided. LIVING ROOM: large oversized couch w/ottoman & oversized chair w/ ottoman, side tables & lamps, plenty of pillows and blankets, TV with cable and internet, coat closet & key rack. Functional electronic fireplace & adjustable remote lighting for ceiling fan and wall sconces. Cleaning items and some games are located in the coat closet. SUNROOM: has an extra 4-top table & chairs attached to the kitchen for additional seating and sliding doors for optional privacy from the rest of the house. LAUNDRY: centrally-located laundry closet with functional washer & dryer if you choose to do laundry during your stay. Some detergent is provided. KITCHEN & DINING: stocked with plenty of plates and cups and utensils, soap, cooking/baking essentials, paper towels, extra trash bags, pantry for your snacks, coffee bar area with machine & pods, remote controlled adjustable light with fan, and seating for 4. Extra dining seating available in the sunroom area. OUTSIDE: extra large paved parking space for you and your guests, full length front porch with plenty of seating. Backyard and side yard area to play in. There are a few non-steep steps going into the home and those are the only stairs (no upstairs inside). I really think you'll love this place!

Great place to stay

This home was very comfy, clean, and updated. The decorations were nice and the host provided enough supplies, towels, pillows and very soft bedding. Would recommend and stay here again!
