We have a two car garage available for guest parking. Additional parking is available on the street. You will access the home from the front door. The front door has a smart lock. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Great property, location and cleanliness. Great communication with the host. The property was a little difficult to find initially, but once we became familiar with it we nailed it. Would consider it for another stay!
Our group was visiting for the BR half marathon. We enjoyed the condo amenities such as the two car garage. Downtown Bentonville was just a short walk away.
