The only incident was that the hotel was overbooked, not sure who’s fault, Expedia or the hotel. There where few events in town and it was had to find available rooms. After few hours back and forth with Expedia the hotel had a cancellation and honored the room to us, otherwise I do not know. Never received a notification from Expedia about this prior to arriving to the hotel.
