Great Property in a prime location in NWA

Beautiful, clean and new property in a prime location in downtown Bentonville. We’d recommend this property and would rent it again. We used to live in NWA and this is one of our favorite parts of the area. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Property is well equipped with anything you need for a short stay. Beds were comfortable as well.

Fun weekend

We spent the weekend with another couple. Parked our car and never used it again! Walked or biked everywhere. Spent most of Saturday biking and had wonderful dinners near the square both nights. Townhouse was clean snd conveniently located. Each bedroom had its own bath and bed were comfortable.

Great space! Quite and convenient location.

The townhouse / condo was in great condition and very clean. Efficient functionality and comfortable accommodations. Beds were comfortable. Private bathrooms for each bedroom and an additional 1/2 bath in the main area was very convenient. The quite location of the building was fantastic, easily accessible from the highway and within close proximity to downtown Bentonville which is full of great eateries and shops we were able to explore. Just down the street is a great crepe and coffee shop. We chose to stay here for it's convenience to Rogers, AR and Eureka Springs for the Bikes, Blues and Barbeque motorcycle fest. Highly recommend this townhome / condo.

Great location but some misleading information in the listing

The location of the property was fantastic and the unit was very clean. The listing stated there was a king bed which there definitely was not and also stated there was a nice balcony city view and there definitely was not. There was a small balcony but the view was directly at another unit. The kitchen area was nice and had everything that we needed. I will say though that the kitchen and living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. If there’s a rainy day and you want to stay inside and watch TV you will not be comfortable in the living room chairs or couch.
