Had a great stay here over the 4th of July holiday. House was as advertised, and is in a very quiet neighborhood, only a few minutes from the downtown square in a car or on bike. Bonus, we could see the big fireworks show right from the front yard. Would highly recommend!

Cute House in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this charming house in Bentonville! The home was clean, cozy, and had such a cute, welcoming vibe. The location was perfect—within walking distance to downtown Bentonville, The Momentary, and our favorite coffee shop, The Meteor. It made it so easy to explore the area without needing to drive. One minor thing to note was that one of the showers was a bit small, but it worked just fine for our kids. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Bentonville!

Beautiful house in a great spot

Cute little house and yard with everything our family needed. It was clean and well stocked. Greenway bike path was extremely close with easy access to slaughter pen. We could also walk downtown for dinner and shops.

4th time to town...Drove the Tesla, rented Ebikes.

Here's the short version, and all you need to know: 1) Rent this house. It's basically perfect for a trip to Bentonville for biking, and anyone that's not riding. 2) Drive your EV, bring a charger. Plug in the driveway! (Nema 1440). 3) Rent Ebikes! Lots of places rent, and it's worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! The bike shed has plenty of outlets to charge them, and a good locking door. I have a great bike for this terrain, but Ebikes let you explore double or more what you can on your own power alone. Bonuses, it's 2 blocks from The Meteor (bike shop/cafe/pizza, and Blu (great seafood). Walking downtown takes 5min, and it's a lovely stroll on the Greenway. It's the second place I've stayed that made me want to purchase a property in Bentonville.

Perfect VRBO

Great location, very well put together home with lots of kitchen accessories. Great bedroom set up. Very nice back yard. Super clean. Everything looks brand new. I’d recommend it to a large group.

Bike Weekend

You won’t find a better house for a bike weekend in Bentonville than this great property! Clean and remodeled to perfection with a bike shed out back for you bicycles! We hope to return soon!!

Fun stay in a great home and lovely town

Stayed at this house with my two adult daughters to celebrate a birthday. It was the perfect choice for us. Everything was clean and comfortable as well as nicely decorated. Close enough to walk to the action in downtown Bentonville but far enough away so you can relax without being hassled by the crowds. Host was very helpful and I would highly recommend staying in the home.

Great House Great Location

Being this close to downtown and 8th Street Market was a huge blessing. We made full use of the large backyard and big bike shed. Easy access to trails and downtown fun.

Spring 2022 Bike Trip

Great location for sure! Just a few blocks from downtown and the Slaughter Pen Trail system. Bike to the trails, walk to dinner. Life is good! Fenced yard with secure shed for bikes. Loved it and will be back in 2023!

Relaxing weekend stay

This property was perfect for our visits for my daughters college graduation. It was perfect for all 8 of us who were able to go. The space is so well thought out. We had everything we needed to cook and the owner always quickly responded. We would love to come back and do some bike riding! We will be back. Thanks!

Well designed and appointed home with a great location. Host is extremely responsive and the property is bright and full of fun colors. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect rental property. Highly recommend.

Very nice place with many nearby restaurants. Only complaints are; The front door lock took several minutes to figure out. One of the showers is too small for an average size adult and finally, the shed is not secure enough for expensive mountain bikes.

Perfect for our trip

This house is darling inside and out, super clean and excellent decor! Close to downtown and the trails. Locked shed to store and charge our bikes. There is construction happening across the street, but it didn't bother us at all. We will plan to stay here on our next trip to Bentonville.

Great location to the trails in Bentonville.

The location was perfect and we didn't need to use the cars to get to any trails over 3 days of riding. House was perfect for 6 people, clean, and had all the necessary items needed for our stay. I would definitely stay there again!
