Welcome to The Manor! Our home is the perfect place to spend quality time with your family & friends by exploring all of the activities our home offers! A dunk in the pool, enjoying a meal outside, playing pool, conversations over drinks in the speak easy, or having a spa day in the sauna and steam shower.



When you're not spending time in the pool, hang out either of the two large living spaces with cozy seating and large Smart TVs, The kitchen is fully stocked to cook a meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee.



After an exciting day, pick from one of our five bedrooms:

(1) Our Primary bedroom has a plush King-size bed, dresser, closet, and a private en suite bathroom with large soaking tub!

(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, and private en suite bathroom.

(3) Our third bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom.

(4) Our fourth bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, closet, and nearby bathroom.

(5) Our fifth bedroom is the downstairs game room and has 3 Twin/Twin bunk beds. This room is perfect for the kids!



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



The Neighborhood:

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

★ The fireplaces in the living room, primary bedroom, and office are decorative only and not intended for guest use.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
