Amazing
Posted Feb. 11, 2024 on HomeAwayFrom the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality/ gift.
The house itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions.
Overall, our experience at Qii ,was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this holiday house to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

A beautiful lovingly managed garden
Posted Jan. 8, 2024 on HomeAwayA wonderful and unique home away from home - with every aspect of the house, garden and paths carefully thought through and creatively delivered by Heather. She should be rightfully very proud of her Q2 creation as a beautiful place for friends and families to enjoy nature and all the Otways has to offer. Very generous and appreciated hamper and assortment of lovely bathroom things. A few suggestions: (i) more emphasis on biodiversity conservation and planting of natives in the garden to raise awareness and enjoyment; (ii) perhaps a bit less emphasis on the wellness theme - many will benefit from the direct connection with nature without the wellness guidance. Overall and fantastic place. Many thanks Heather - wish we could have had an opportunity for a longer chat and exchange. With best wishes, Jeremy

Such a beautiful sentiment and thoughtful contributions and acknowledgements. It has indeed been a labour of love. It was an absolute joy to meet you and your lovely family and to host you all for a stay. I guess on reflection Qii or Ch'i is a reminder of the interconnectedness inherent in all living things and embraces diversity, reconciliation and cultural exchange. In creating this space, I have experienced a very powerful transformative restorative and spiritual journey. For me Qii house represents a culmination of life experiences and is a directive to guests to self-care through forest therapy (processes of which some may not be aware) ; to indulge the moment fully by engaging all senses. It's about the significant healing powers of forest immersion as you say Jeremy. I find the space to be very energising and it seems others who stay do also. As you are aware much scientific research supports the wellbeing and health benefits of being in nature. One of natures bountiful guests. It was a privilge to host you as you travelled from afar; Vietnam. A pity we didn't have much time to chat; would have enjoyed. Hoping you have created many memories and hoping 2024 brings abundance. Family vacay

One word - Awesome
Posted Jan. 8, 2023 on HomeAwayAn awesome place to just relax and enjoy everything around you. So much to do around you thay you do not need to leave.
We were two families and enjoyed our stay at Qii house. Everything was as described. Heather was great and excellent communication. We enjoyed the walks around and sitting on the deck listening and watching all the wildlife around us. We took the short drive to Erskine falls as well as out to the beach. It's the best of both worlds. Definitely recommend and we will be back too.

LOVED IT! Like nothing I've ever experienced before.

Loved the forest setting, the nature walks around the home, the huge deck with the pizza oven and the hot outdoor shower. My favourite place was the outdoor bathhouse - so relaxing. I had such a good weekend here with my seven friends, and a big thank you to Heather for the gourmet hamper/wine on arrival.
Loved every minute and will be recommending this stay to everyone I know.

Tranquil stay
Posted Jul. 4, 2022 on HomeAwayMy friends and I had the most wonderful time at Qii. The fireplace, the gorgeous style, and the goodies for each guest were just a few of our favourite things.
Heather was a lovely host, who showered us with wine and goodies!
The sunset each night was spectacular, with the option to view through a telescope!
We especially loved the walk around the property, which is secluded and magical.
I’ve not stopped talking about the place, and now have to bring everyone I know!
Thank you Heather, for sharing your beautiful ECO lodge with us.

Lovely Heather <3
Posted May 27, 2022 on HomeAwayThis house was in a fantastic spot and was a great size for our stay. Really enjoyed staying at the property. The view is incredible and there is plenty of space for a big family to sleep and hang out. The most surprising part is the outdoor bath and spa in cold weather;)
Heather was a loving, artistic and responsible host who is always available.
Highly recommend this property, especially in the warmer months.

A beautiful weekend

The art and furnishings were unique and funky. Heather has a great eye for design. We enjoyed a hot bath outside in the rainforest and the walking track. Would love to stay again

Misty forest dream
