In der Residenz am Balmer See kann jeder Ruhe und Erholung finden. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit weg von den Kaiserbädern und entzieht sich dadurch viel Lärm und "Menschenmengen". Wer wirklich Ruhe mag, ist hier richtig. Auch für Radler eine prima Unterkunft mit großem Fahrradunterstand und naheliegenden ausgebauten Radwegen.
