appartement spacieux et calme

l'appartement est situé dans la zone moins touristique de l'île.Deux très belles plages sont situées à proximité, friendship bay, 5 minutes à pied et lowel bay, 15 minutes. En ce qui concerne les commerces tout est situé à Port Elizabeth, accessible à pied en 30 minutes, en bus(1 EC) ou en taxi.(20 EC).

We arrived by ferry and were taxied to the property. There was nobody there for check in. Calls were not answered. Luckily our taxi driver waited for us, took us to the Plantation and there were rooms available. Otherwise we would have been stranded on the island. We received an apology email the next day which was considerate but didn't help us in any way. If staying here, I would definitely stay in contact with the property to confirm so you are not left without lodging on arrival.

I am sorry you felt that way but as I explain this is not our fault we were not notified to expect or that you were coming.

Terrible service

We were left outside to wait for an hour before we could check in because the lady wasn't there. Our room also wasn't ready and had problems with paying. We were also left alone throughout the rest of our trip.

I am sorry to hear about the service you received at Island Inn, this is the first we are getting such a report, I have zpoken to the young lady and she has explained as on that day of your arrival it was a holiday and transportation was a problem hencethe hence the lateness I have explained and is not please and hope we can accommodate you again.
