Holiday disappointment
Posted Apr. 7, 2018 on HotelsOn arrival to Dormio resort we were shocked to see that our house was opposite a building site and also the rear of the property. This was not mentioned on booking. The images shown on the web site were nothing like we saw. The house itself was very clean, but to be charged 80euros for the house to be cleaned on leaving is a complete rip off. We were told that we had to put our own duvet covers on and on leaving, strip the beds, take out the rubbish and clean the kitchen. Just wondering what 80 euros warranted. The area is completely run down, and neglected. The only nice part were the beaches. The lady on arrival was very friendly, and helpful. I would not recommend this area to friends or family and will not be returning.

WAS ripped off here , charged 270 euros for a one

Location: rubbish
Was pre charged 270 on my card , expedia quoted 134 , RIP OFF !!
Will tell everybody to Blacklist list this hotel.!!!!!!!!! complained to expedia, they said it was a cleaning fee ,. i was there
for one night , left it immaculate

Sejour confortable mais attention addition salée

Manquerait quelques assiettes pour un séjour de 6 personnes, un porte manteau, un plat pour cuire au four, une essoreuse salade, des pastilles lave vaisselle adaptées avec du sel, tampon jex pour pouvoir nettoyer les casseroles.
Lors de la réservation nous n'avons été avisés que le séjour coûterait 166€ + 174€. Le montant des frais de service hôtel ne sont précisés nulle part. Cela est inadmissible de la part d'hotel.com . Nous pensions payer un total de 182,01€ mais pas du tout notre séjour fut de 340€.
