Great value! Our only complaint was that our room was too warm and we couldn’t work out how to lower the temperature. However, given it was freezing outside it was much better to be too warm!! The restaurant was also good value and the food was excellent.

Petit déjeuner en libre service mais sans service, il faut presser son orange, il faut faire cuire ses oeufs sur le plat... Chambre qui mériterait un rafraichissement du papier peint et de la moquette. Quant à l'extérieur, certes toutes les chambres ne peuvent pas avoir une vue exceptionnelle mais quand on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre à cause des odeurs de cuisine c'est beaucoup plus gênant. Quant au ménage ce n'est pas parce que vous avez mis le panneau "Yes" à l'extérieur qu'elle sera faite !

Points negatifs:Chambre=point de rassemblement pour pompier donc lumière orangeH24 difficulté pour dormir et se reposer la nuit. Wifi annoncé dans tout hotel(d où le choix de cet hotel)=pub mensongère. Quand on allie travail et vacances et que l'on ne peut pas charger 1 piece jointe de ses mails ou effectuer 1 échange avec ses collegues ou travailler( meme 4g non dispo), c'est 1 grave probleme. Demi-pension: menu à 24 € entrée_plat-dessert correct.mais attention si vous souhaitez faire 1 autre choix car vous avez épuisé ce menu et ne prendre qu'un plat chaud sans entrée et dessert), facturé à la carte a 20,50€il vous sera facturé le surplus du menu superieur.et aucune discussion possible avec la direction. Nous avons payé 10 euros de plus pour 1 viande a 20,50 euros pour 1 demi pension facturée a 24 € . C'est abusé ! Points positifs: situation géographique pour viste de la region et accueil chaleureux et sympathie des salariés.

Un hôtel sympa à Berck

L'hôtel est un très bon choix, situation facile pour se déplacer à pieds dans Berck. La chambre attribuée était très propre, un peu petite mais pour une nuit ce n'est pas gênant. La vue n'était pas belle du tout( vue sur les cheminées). Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le dîner que nous avons pris était très bon et satisfaisant. Le personnel à l'accueil et au restaurant est très serviable et compétent. Dommage qu'à partir du mois de mai toutes les rues du centre de Berck sont payantes et donc cela sera difficile pour garer sa voiture si l'on réside dans l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est bien placé pour visiter Berck sur mer. L'accueil du personnel est bon. J'aime bien le chocolat de bienvenue dans la chambre. En revanche, la chambre où j'ai dormi était très mal isolée, j'ai eu très froid toute la nuit et j'entendais tout ce qui se passe dehors comme si que la fenêtre était ouverte et pourtant j'étais au 3eme étage. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil et l'accueil m'a informé que ça va être rénové normalement. La salle de bain est très petite, il y a rien pour poser les affaires. Cette chambre est bien pour dormir une nuit mais pour un long séjour de plusieurs jours, c'est trop petit.

À notre arrivée le samedi nous avons eu une hôtesse accueillante, souriante et bien sympathique, et disponible, le lendemain le dimanche matin la nouvelle hôtesse attitude froide, non accueillante surtout au moment du petit déjeuner on se fait interpeller comme ci nous étions des voleurs , sinon la chambre très petite propre, salle de bain abîmé à certains endroit, en ce qui concerne le restaurant serveurs très sympathiques en ce qui concerne le restaurant un petit coup de frais serait un plus car assez abîmé ( mur, porte…) dommage !
