Breakfast was great and rooms were very nice. If the management wants ideas for improvement the bathrooms really need 3 more hooks to hang toiletry bags and wet towels on. We had no place to hang up the the towels. Also it would be nice if there is a way to make counter space in the bathroom . It would help the ladies that need a place to put their make up. There wasnt any counter space in the bathroom.

A beautiful, smart and extremely well presented hotel with very helpful staff, a lovely buffet breakfast in the mornings and a fancy restaurant with very good food. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a really nice stay. Would definitely recommend.

Comfy warm room but not the best for storage space. Lighting was too subdued. Loved the toiletries, slippers and mini bar selection. Everything was clean. Breakfast choice was excellent. We loved the location of the hotel. The staff were all friendly. Definitely a place to return to.

Service is good but if you need flexibility or understanding they’re poor. My daughter fell ill, and despite only having booked a two night stay with them the night before we were meant to arrive, and having stayed one day with them, they refused to refund the second night in this ‘exceptional’ case. With holidays like Norway, where you need flexibility and understanding, Bergen Bors will not provide you with it - very disappointed with management as the front of house staff were actually very nice and said they would escalate. It’s a shame the hotel felt the need to refuse a £110 refund as I definitely won’t be returning again, and will advise friends that travel not to as well.
