The house Tga Clavo is located in the picturesque village center of Filisur, just off the village’s main street. It is both quiet and accessible. The bus stop “Filisur Dorf”, from where a postal bus drives up to the train station and the Lenzerheide, is only a minute. The private parking space can be reached on foot in two minutes, and further public parking spaces are available close by and at the end of the village (max. 7 minutes walk).
Minimum Stay 5 nights, less than 5 nights on request The following flat rate costs are added: CHF 20.00 per person for bed linen and kitchen towels, CHF 150.00 for final cleaning, and CH 3.00 per person and night for tourist taxes (for adults and teenagers from 12 years).

The modern yet cozy vacation apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days in the mountains with a large family or a few friends. The spacious living and dining room on the upper floor offers a wonderful view of the Albula Valley and the old village center. The tastefully furnished living room with fireplace, slate floor, and old wooden beams radiates warmth and tranquility. On the same floor is the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The four bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet, are located on the floor below.
