Room overall was good. The bathroom light starting flicking. When we told the staff they said it was the light circuit but did nothing to actually fix it. The ac unit made a terrible noise almost every night that made it difficult to sleep. The area itself was fantastic and felt safe. Housekeeping came everyday to provide new towels and made the bed.

Lovely orange water , candies and small cakes in the lobby. Conditioner for my hair and body lotion. Tea kettle in room with a choice of teas and instant coffee. I am not a coffee drinker so can not comment on how it was.

Great stay

Second stay at Berlin art’otel Mitte. Rooms quiet and large, air con for summer weather and nice bathrooms. Breakfast decent with some a la carte options too. Location is the main selling point for this hotel, however - minutes walk to museum island and a ubahn outside for everything else.

It was a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and quiet and the public spaces in particular decorated in a creative way. It’s a very quiet area though and there isn’t immediately much to choose from by way of eateries in the evening - we did find good places but there’s no obvious buzz on the doorstep (which will be good for some!). If you’re happy with walking or public transport this place provides a calm base for seeing the city.
