We enjoyed the convenience of public transport, the restaurants, food shops and the genuine feeling of the area. The apartment was clean, tidy, well appointed and a good space for two people. Anyone wishing to stay here would not be disappointed.

Very clean and lovely house, with a wonderful view and full of any comfort. The guy who waited for us was very kind and patient to explain all the information. It's just a few bus stops from the Tigel Airport and well connected to the Shoegel Airport. The house is very good located, there are: the underground, after the corner, supermarkets, pubs, everything you need, we stayed 6 night with a 5 years child. Very very satisfied. We recommend it.

Buchen Sie nicht! Diese Wohnung ist furchtbar, das Gebäude und der Aufzug sind noch furchtbarer und sehr heruntergekommen. Es war dreckig und es lag Müll im Hauseingang und Hausflur. Wir haben erst 24 Std vor Ankunft erfahren, wann und wo die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgen soll, und dass nachdem, wir mehrmals angefragt haben. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht geputzt und ein regelrechter Schweinestall. Uns wurde gesagt, dass geputzt werden wird, doch weder Vermieterin noch die Managementfirma konnten genau sagen, bis wann. Beide Seiten hatten mehrerer Entschuldigungen, warum noch nicht geputzt war. Die Wohnung war dreckig und abgesehen davon, extrem abgenutzt. Ausserdem hat die Wohnung nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Und dass obwohl nur in ausgewiesenen Bereichen geraucht werden dürfte.Buchen Sie woanders!Das habenn wir auf der Stelle getan. Es gibt schönere Wohnungen die auch zentraler liegen.

Die Wohnung liegt super an der U-Bahn. Einen zugehörigen Stellplatz für's Auto war perfekt. Die Einrichtung war ok. Auf den Bildern sah der Essplatz anders aus. Etwas wenig Geschirr für eine Spülmaschine. Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten fehlten leider

Sehr gute Lage, U7 und Bus til Spandau / Zoo 50 - 100 m weg.Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl (der ist auch erforderlich).Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Balkon ist vorhanden, es ist relativ ruhig dort oben, Betten sind fein,Für ein evtl. Auto kann man einen P-Platz mieten (10 E/Tag)- direkt bei der Wohnanlage.Wir waren zufrieden

Die Agentur hat uns am Tage davor über Whatsapp erreicht und uns bei der Ankunft getroffen und Schlüssel übergeben. Lief sehr einfach ab.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber, und bequem. Berlin-Aufenthalt für fünf Wochen

Die Lage und die Waschmaschine waren das beste an der Wohnung. Zum Kochen fehlten die passenden Töpfe, Pfannen und Pfannenwender.Die Ausstattung mit Gläsern und Tassen und Besteck müsste mal nachgebessert werden.Dass die Wohnung nicht bezugsfertig war und das Gerümpel von den Vorgängern noch da war, kann ja mal passieren...bzw. sollte vom Besitzer überprüft werden.Es fehlten sämtliche Putzmittel, was bei so einem langen Aufenthalt dazu gehört.Mich hat aber auch besonders gestört, dass die Besitzerin nicht mal nachgefragt hat, ob mit der Wohnung alles ok ist.Am Ankunftstag musste ich ja wegen der schmutzigen Wohnung mit ihr telefonieren und habe ihr direkt die oben genannten Dinge gesagt.Außerdem war der Preis für die fünf Wochen überhöht, da ich die Wohnung alleine genutzt habe.Wie gesagt: Die Lage und die Waschmaschine waren das beste an der Wohnung.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und nah beim Schloss Charlottenburg. Die Kreuzungsnähe ist für Kinder spannend, um Leute und Autos zu beobachten, vorbeifahrenden Rettungskräfte hört man allerdings sehr laut. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und das Bett ist bequem.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zentral gelegen. Es gibt sehr gute Verbindungen. Wir hatten Pech. Es war sehr heiß und somit bei offenen Fenster sehr viel Strassenlärm. Die Qualität der Wohnung ist okay.

Es gibt Gutes - Es gibt Schlechtes

Zuerst die positiven Aspekte: Die Wohnung liegt ideal ür einen Berlinbesuch. U-Bahn und Bus sind direkt vor der Haustür, die S-Bahn leicht erreichbar. Vom 6. Stock hat man einen netten Ausblick, der Verkehrslärm hält sich in Grenzen und ist nicht störend. Einige Restaurants sind in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in dr Nähe. Nachteilige Aspekte: Das Treppenhaus ist nicht besonders sauber und stinkt nach Zirattenrauch. In der Wohnung sind die IKEA Einrichtungsgegenstände einem hohen Verschleiß unterworfen. Der kleine Tisch an der Wand wackelt, Duschkopf und Kosmetikspiegel defekt, Abfluß der Dusch mangelhaft - Haarsieb völlig zugesetzt. Rückenkissen der Couch nicht vorhanden. TV unliebsam eingerichtet - freie Programme wie SAT1, RTL usw. werden nicht empfangen. In der Küche gibt es keine richtigen Gläser und beim Geschirr muss man Glück haben um 2 passende Tassen zu finden. Küchen- und Brotmesser sind derart stumpf, das sie nur noch Hackfleisch schneiden. Kopfkissen und Decken sind einfach verbraucht und eine Zumutung. Fazit: Hier wird m. E. auf Grund der guten Lage nur noch Geld herausgezogen, aber nichts mehr zum Wohlbefinden der Gäste investiert.

Optimale zentrale Lage

Wohnung ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nützlich, Garage ist zubuchbar. Geschäfte, Fast Food, U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Übliche Großstadtgeräusche, aber nur gedämpft und absolut erträglich. Man kann kein Wellenrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher erwarten, wenn man so zentral wohnen möchte. Vernünftiger Preis, ich werde hier wieder buchen.
