Very nice staff but the hotel itself is nothing special. Location is quite nice with easy and quick access to public transportation. Not having AC in the heat of mid August was not great. For the price we paid I’d expect that. It was very hot in our room.

Great place

Amazing place to stay either by yourself or with family. The place does not have AC, but you won’t need it. The place is perfectly located near the main attractions and subway stations.

Excellent stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent and walks kid to all major hubs. The staff was friendly and professional, especially Abdel and Nelly. However, I would change the time of the breakfast hours. Because even if it says it's available until 11am, a rather sour lady eager to finish her shift starts cleaning up at 10:30am.

Nice room, location & breakfast. Poor check in.

The room was a nice size and clean. The breakfast was great! This was a nice, quiet location. The bed was not so comfortable - woke every day with a back ache. The check in process was very frustrating and stressful. We arrived at the hotel Sunday 7pm after an overnight flight & found that the doors were locked, and no one was at the reception. The sign on the door said we should have received an email with check in instructions but we did not get an email. We were very tired, and could not get into the building. We tried contacting the hotel through Whatsapp with the number on the door but no one replied. We probably were outside 30 minutes when another hotel guest came out, and tried to help us. She gave us a different phone number and we sent a text to that number and about 10 minutes later finally got a reply. Until we got the reply (after 40 minutes of standing outside), we thought we were going to have to find a different hotel and were worried about being charged when we couldn't get inside or get into our room.

Over all our stay was very good. Noisy with windows open to allow fresh air in. No air. Water pressure good with excellent hot water. Free coffee and tea great idea in reception but it would have been nice to have a kettle in room for out of hours cuppa. Pillows need firmer an keep shape.
