Perfektes Appartement!

Die Lage des Appt ist perfekt, alles sehr gut zu Fuss oder den ÖV erreichbar, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂŁhe. Trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und entschieden besser erreichbar, als zu erwarten wĂŁre. Vielen herzlichen Dank!!!! Ich empfehle es weiter und hoffe, dass es wieder frei ist, wenn ich das nĂ€chste Mal nach Berlin komme.

Pour la remise des clĂ©s, cela mĂ©riterait la mise en place d'une procĂ©dure. Car la propriĂ©taire donne un code d'accĂšs alors qu'il n'y a pas de digicode mais heureusement, elle est trĂšs facilement joignable au tĂ©lĂ©phone et vous renseigne immĂ©diatement en anglais ou en allemand. L'appartement est au 2Ăšme Ă©tage sur cour, donc calme. En venant de l'aĂ©roport il est trĂšs vite desservi par le bus TXL en 15 mn Ă  peine pour 2.80 euros (bus toutes les 7 mn) + 5 mn Ă  pied. Il est Ă©galement Ă  5 mn en bus de la gare centrale pour le mĂȘme prix. TrĂšs bien situĂ© car Ă  10mn de la porte de Brandebourg Ă  pied. TrĂšs bonne location suffisamment grand et lumineux, moderne.

Environnement calme (arriÚre cours) , appartement lumineux, spacieux et fonctionnel. Il est trÚs bien placé , Mitte Berlin, à 10mn à pied de la station de Friedrich Strasse. Idéal pour un couple en vacances quelques jours à Berlin.

Nice apartment located in a very quiet spot just a few minutes walk from Friedrichstraße Station. All the basics were covered, and there is room enough for two adults and a child. The apartment is sunny and well laid out. Do bear in mind that it is four and a half flights of stairs up, and you will also be walking a fair amount to access public transportation. There are several good restaurants with a few minute walk.

Smuk og centralt beliggende lejlighed

Et meget fint sted, helt centralt beliggende i byen. Spree, Tiergarten, og alle andre mindesmÊrker er i gÄafstand fra lejligheden. udlejeren er hÞflig og gÊstfri. Der var lidt stÞv under sofaen, og min familie som alle lider af allergier: stÞv og parfume, var generede af dels stÞvet under sofaen, dels den heftige brug af fx stÊrkt parfumeret skyllemiddel. Men ellers er det skÞnt, skÞnt sted med en altan, hvor man kan sidde, nÄr vejret er godt, og det var det, mens vi var der! Man kan simpelthen ikke hÞre trafikken inde i gÄrden. Den trafik, som der i forvejen ikke er meget af i Schumannstrasse. Et alt i alt fantastisk sted, minus stÞv og skyllemiddel!

Tolle Lage - die Wohnung ist eine Oase

Wir haben uns total wohlgefĂŒhlt und hatten eine wundervolle Woche. Die Wohnung ist wie eine kleine Oase: total ruhig gelegen und trotzdem quasi MITTEn drin - egal ob Bahnen und Bus, Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles ist sehr schnell erreichbar.

Nice 1-bedroom in a good location

The apartment is in a central part of Berlin, but in a quiet area, in a section in a back of the building so it’s really quiet. The beds (including the sofa bed) are comfortable. The owner replies promptly to any messages. She was very apologetic about a broken shower handle and had it fixed as soon as she could. There is a bus stop nearby and the metro and light rail are nearby within walking distance. There is a grocery store Lidl very close. The restaurant downstairs is nice too. There are many other restaurants and cafes in the area. What other guests noted - there’s no elevator and it’s the third floor so if you have a lot of heavy suitcases that might be hard. Note to Americans - there are no window screens, which is typical for Europe so if you keep your windows open you will get mosquitoes and flies inside.

Ten days in Berlin

We were in Berlin to learn about the City and its history. Ina’s apartment was an excellent starting point every morning, whether we walked or made the very short walk to pick up the SBahn or the M tram lines. Facing an internal courtyard it was also super quiet. We Would stay here again.

So happy with our choice

We were doors away from a theater where we could went for a festival and across the park from the Boros foundation where we went twice. We walk a lot and also used the metro which was a 10 minute walk. A grocery nearby and some convient cafes offered many options.

Perfect accommodation for my Berlin trip

Eine schöne, super gelegene Wohnung

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung kurzfristig gebucht, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung war fĂŒr mich und meine Tochter perfekt. Ausreichend Platz, bequeme Betten, ein gemĂŒtliches Wohnzimmer, ein sauberes Bad mit Wanne, eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒchenzeile und Frau Thimm hat uns sogar eine Flasche Wasser und einen alkoholfreien Sekt in den KĂŒhlschrank gestellt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, ein paar Laufminuten vom Hauptbahnhof. Im Haus gibt es eine Trattoria, gleich um die Ecke ein großes BĂ€ckercafĂ©, Pizzeria, Lidl, dm usw. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, wir bekamen auch ein paar gute Tipps fĂŒr Unternehmungen. Alles in allem ein paar wundervolle Tage in Berlin, vielen Dank Frau Thimm, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Appartment, sehr zentral gelegen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser hĂŒbschen und bequemen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Wirklich schöne, große und gerĂ€umige Unterkunft, extrem ruhig gelegen mit nettem Balkon und ausreichend Stauraum. Das Bett ist angenehm fest und bequem. Die KĂŒche ist sinnvoll ausgestattet, ein Schneidbrett wĂ€re wohl noch eine gute ErgĂ€nzung. Das Bad ist schön groß, Wasserdruck und Temperaturregulation sind ausgezeichnet. Sehr nette Vermieterin!

Quiet Apartment in a Central Location

This apartment was an excellent place to stay for an extended period of time (for me, 1 month). It is in a very quiet neighborhood, only a short walk from the Friedrichstr. train station which is well connected to the rest of the city. It is well equipped for longer stays with a full kitchen (while it is not in the pictures, there is also a combination mirowave/baking oven). There were lots of kitchen staples like rice, pasta, spices, etc. already in the cabinet. I would very much recommend it for anyone who is coming to Berlin for several weeks.

Etwas durchzogene Bewertung

Sowohl was die Lage, als auch die ruhige Umgebung betrifft, war diese Adresse super! Wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse und zu Berlin HB! Museen, Unter den Linden, Spazieren entlang der Spree: alles total einfach, unkompliziert und schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnungseinrichtung (HaushaltsgerĂ€te): alles gut! Das Internet-TV im Schlafzimmer gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig, leider total schlechter Empfang von ZDF und CNN. WLAN ok. - Die vorhergehende Endreinigung war definitiv unzureichend. FĂŒr Ă€ltere Semester wĂ€re ein Hinweis auf die 50 Treppenstufen (kein Lift) vielleicht empfehlenswert.

Excellent apartment in the middle of Berlin

Had a wonderful few months staying in this apartment. The property is centrally located and very comfortable. The streets nearby are safe and quiet, with many restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby. The apartment is also within walking distance from major tourist attractions, like the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate, and major public transport hubs like the Hauptbahnhof and Friedrichstraße station. The hosts are also promot to respond and helpful: they always got back to us very quickly whenever we had any questions or requests. Overall, I had an excellent stay, and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Berlin!
