Pros: Die Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sist hervorragend. Da wir schon immer bei Städtereisen, und das seit nunmehr 15 Jahren, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel benutzen, kann sich manche Großstadt in Deutschland für Urlauber ein Beispiel nehmen. Ich klammere Pendler dabei aus. Die Ferienunterkunft ist groß, hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts: Der große Garten und die schönen Blumen sowie die Ruhe lassen jedes Urlaubsherz für unsere Begriffe höher schlagen. Vielen Dank, Fam. Schwarzbach, für dieses schöne Ferienobjekt. Man kann nach so einem Urlaub bei Ihnen mit voller Kraft und Freude in die Zukunft sehen. Danke! Ein weiterer Besucch liebe Fam. Pros: Wir waren, als Familie für ein Wochenende am 13.12.2019 in Berlin und haben das sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienhaus am Stadtrand gemietet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ansprechend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Im Ferienhaus hat man wirklich alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorgefunden. Eine gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist vorhanden. Brötchen und Kleinigkeiten kann man nach ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg bei Edeka einkaufen. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Einen recht herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter, für das schöne Wochenende.

Pros: Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in den Osterferien im Ferienhaus "Am Rosenhag" verbracht. Die Kinder haben nicht nur die Ausflüge, sondern auch den großzügigen Garten, die vielen Spielgeräte und -möglichkeiten und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen, die Erwachsenen konnten auf der Terrasse entspannen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und waren froh über den sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service der Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Herzliche Grüße aus Bonn!

Besonders ist auch die sehr gute Ausstattung im Haus zu erwähnen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien!!

Pros: Und wieder einmal -und diesmal das 4.mal- haben wir das Ferienhaus Schwarzbach in Berlin Mahlsdorf besucht. Nicht nur unsere interessante Hauptstadt reizt uns nach dort zu fahren, sondern auch das wunderschöne Ferienhaus "Am Rosenhag". Hier ist einfach alles perfekt. Die herzliche Begrüßung von Fam. Schwarzenbach, die gut eingerichtete Küche, das großzügige Wohnzimmer, das Schlafzimmer, das große Badezimmer und nicht zuletzt die geräumige Terrasse, wo man herrlich frühstücken und sich wunderbar erholen kann, was man auch sehr gut im Freien auf der Wiese am Haus kann. Es fehlt einfach an nichts, und darum heißt es immer wieder: Auf ein frohes Wiedersehen bei Fam. Schwarzbach! Fam. Wördehoff

Pros: Super Ferienhaus mit großer Terasse und Garten. Hier hat man alles, was man braucht - von Kinderstuhl bis Reisebett - alles war da und das war SUPER! Die sehr große Wiese hat unserem Kleinen super gefallen, da er hier rumtoben konnte. Dank des abschließbaren Einfahrtstor brauchten wir auch keine Angst haben, dass er rausrennen wird. Leider sind die Tage zu schnell vergegangen, jedoch würden/werden wir sicher wiederkommen, wenn wir dürfen. Der Empfang war für uns etwas sehr schönes, da es einfach locker zuging und wir somit auch ein sehr gutes Gefühl hatten, dass man willkommen ist. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war wirklich unkompliziert. Auch die kurzfristige Buchung ging ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen ein paar schöne Tage verbringen durften. Wir haben Ihr Haus schon oft weiterempfohlen.
