Pros: we spend 5 days in Berlin and loved the location. Is easy excess to the Interstates for day tours around Berlin. Public transportation in great if you want to go into Berlin .Mr.and Mrs. war very helpful. Only downfall if you need Internet do not count on. It is very slow and kicks you out. Over all it was a wonderful time there. We would recommend the Blockhouse to every one who want to visit Berlin and but want to stay away from the hassle of the big city.

Es war hervorragend und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer bzw. das Haus war super gepflegt und man spürt das die Vermieter alles tun um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle war fünf Minuten entfernt und eine gute Verbindung (3 Minuten mit der Tram) zum S-Bahn-Bahnhof Grünau. Dort gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Standort an der Regatta-Tribüne ist sehr schön und auch Lokale in der Nähe fußläufig zu erreichen. Der in der Nähe liegende Flughafen hat uns nicht gestört.

De blokhut was gezellig ingericht en van alles voorzien. Het terras wat erbij hoorde lag beschut en privé. Voor vrienden of echtparen die apart slapen is het prima. Met het openbaar vervoer ben je in ongeveer een half uur in het centrum(Alexanderplatz).De wifi is niet heel stabiel, maar dat is op vele plaatsen in Duitsland dus is niet echt een probleem.

Gemütliche Hütte in ruhiger Berlin-Lage

Pros: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Holzhütte mit viel Flair sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders als junge Familie haben wir die ruhige Lage und den schönen Garten sehr geschätzt – ideal zum Entspannen. Gleichzeitig war die gute Anbindung nach Berlin-Mitte und Kreuzberg perfekt für kleine Ausflüge in die Stadt. Eine wunderbare Kombination aus Natur und urbaner Nähe – absolut empfehlenswert! Cons: Nichts :-)

Pros: Das Haus war sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein schöner privater Gartenbereich war vorhanden. Zur Trambahnhaltestelle waren es ca. 120 m und von dort zum S-Bahnhof eine Station. Das Auto konnte man beruhigt vor dem Haus parken und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Berlin waren mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht zu erreichen. Auch zu den Kahnhäfen im Spreewald kam man mit den Regionalzügen sehr bequem. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Pros: Die Blockhütte ist neu renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Family-Tripp benötigt. Den Schlafboden fanden unsere Jungs cool - Achtung niedrig; wirklich nur für Kinder. Verkehrsanbindung über S-Bahn Grünau bzw. Köpenick passt; Strandbad genial; tolle Ausflüge zum Müggelsee und zum höchsten natürlichen Berg Berlins als Abwechslung zur Stadt. Gerne wieder.

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Ruhig und trotzdem optimal gelegen, um schnell nach Mitte zu kommen. Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön. Für Familien, aus unserer Sicht, gut geeignet. Aber auch optimal für zwei Personen. Nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Pros: Wir können das Blockhaus nur empfehlen - es fehlt an nichts in Sachen Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Möglichkeiten von dort aus etc. Die Gastgeber sind prima, absolut unkompliziert und kompetent in Sachen Vermieten, wissen was man bieten sollte, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir haben perfekte 10 Tage erlebt und uns willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt und kehren sicher wieder einmal dorthin zurück. Danke für so eine geniale Möglichkeit in der heutigen Zeit - und ich habe viel Berlin-Erfahrung auch in Sachen Unterkünften, Hotels, airbnb uvam. Ein wunderbarer Ort für Berlin, ob schnell mittendrin, gleich in der Nähe was zu unternehmen oder JWD. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Dieses Häuschen befindet sich in einem gepflegten Garten in ruhiger Lage und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen wieder!
