Great hotel

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but some of the younger staff seemed to be either on work experience or just very inexperienced, particularly when serving at the bar.

The ambience at the hotel was relaxed, and the staff were very accommodating and spoke excellent English.

A very pleasant stay
Posted Sep. 8, 2020 on HotelsLovely hotel in a perfect location; the beautiful Jägertor in front and just across the road the beautiful old town of Potsdam with such a great variety of restaurants in a 5 minute walking distance. Add another 5 minutes and you're in the amazing Sanssouci park which hosts more palaces, churches, fountains and follies than most countries. Due to Corona, services were limited within the hotel but we had a great breakfast in our room, everything was very quiet, clean and the hotel had a nice luxurious feel to it without being pretentious. Next time we're visiting Potsdam, we'd definitely chose to stay here again!
