The room is clean and comfy, the hotel is very accessible to all transporation. The breakfast buffet is superb, I like how they served the curry sausage ❤️❤️ will definitely come back!

The hotel is located in a quiet location, not far from a subway station. During our stay, one of the elevators going to the top floor didn't work. The body wash and hand soap were also not filled. Overall, an average stay.

Liked this hotel. An easy Uber ride to anything. The buffet breakfast was one of the best have ever been too. Service was good. They help the tourist. They respond to pre-trip emails. They made a breakfast to go bag for us morning of departure as we could not eat at breakfast buffet. There are two towers which can be a little confusing.

The inconsistency of the beds in each room. Our first room was great, but we had no Wi-Fi and we had an actual bed. The second room that we were moved to had Wi-Fi, but we were on a Murphy bed that was loud and unstable.

Nice hotel with sauna and gym

Nice hotel with a laid-back atmosphere in the bar area, with work spaces for digital nomads or to catch up with office work. Unfortunately we expected a parcel and let reception, or the customer care centre as they call it, know early in the morning, and again at lunchtime while sitting and waiting in the lobby, only to find out later when DHL tracking updated that the parcel had been refused and was being returned. My girl friend will now have to travel on without her shoes and is a bit disappointed.
