The unmanned check-in is convenient, but you'll need to find a staff member to get VIP benefits. The hotel is close to the bus stop, the breakfast is delicious, and although the hotel itself is old, the room was fairly spacious on the 6th floor facing the park plaza, and I had a great view of the New Year's fireworks.

I loved my stay. It was very cleanly and beautiful and just a wonderful experience overall. I wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast, but besides that I would love to visit Berlin again.

The premium rooms were so modern, spacious and quiet! Not very impressed with the bar woman being quite rude and this being the only option we always ate outside. Shame we couldn’t play table tennis because the same woman wasn’t very hospitable. The gym and sauna were awesome.

Cool place. Easy self check in/out process in seconds. Good location and kind staff. I was assigned a room in the 7th floor and had to take one elevator, walk about 80 meters and take another one. Not so nice, however it was a great stay overall. I'd stay there again if I ever had to go back to Berlin.

The room was comfortable enough but it wasn't vacuumed the whole time we were there and we could feel the dirt if we walked barefoot from shower etc. A ball of fluff was in the corner when we arrived and when we left. Probably still there now.
