For our 6-night stay, I requested a king bed in advance, and they were able to meet my request. The bed was very comfortable. The room was great, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered a wide selection. Excellent location with many public transport options very nearby.

Happy staff & good choice

Service and staff were what differentiated the the Rui Plaza, great checkin and cleaning standard in the room was high. Comfortable beds, Great shower (hot water, good pressure). Really good rate for the standard of hotel. Aircon quiet and effective, Important as windows didn’t open. Breakfast price a bit high and had to hunt for power sockets with none on the desk area. Otherwise a very good stay.

Virkelig god oplevelse.

Super godt hotel. Lækre rumlige værelser, God morgenmad og generelt gode forhold. Hotellet er placeret ca.4 km fra Branderburger Tor. Gratis parkering i parkeringshus. Dog nogle smalle og stejle veje inde i parkeringshuset samt begrænset loft højde.

Very average stay at the Riu Berlin Plaza. Service was fine and the hotel has a big lobby but room was quite underwhelming. More like a 2-3* hotel than a 4*. Better options available at this price point.

Really enjoyed our two nights at RIU Plaza Berlin. Very nice clean room with everything we needed. Friendly helpful staff. Nice bar for a couple of beers after getting back late in the evening. Nice easy access to Wittenbergplatz U Bahn.
