Very good hotel compared to all the other ones I tried in Berlin within this price range. Perfect location with lots of shops & restaurants around, a supermarket opened late next door and U-Bahn station right across the street. The staff are all very nice, lifts are fast; the room is very basic but functional, there's a desk (no fridge, no kettle). The only downside for me is the bed: mattress is thin and uncomfortable, pillows both poor quality shapeless

The hotel place and personnel are nice but the Ac was not working good and the weather was very hot inside the room and when complained to the reception they said i can use the window
Did i pay for the Ac or for the window ?

Bon séjour en générale,
Les points positifs:
-L’emplacement
-La propreté
-L’accueil du personnel
Les points négatifs:
-Insonorisation médiocre…le réveil matin des voisins nous a réveillé deux fois à 5h am
-Les deux robinets de la chambre fuyaient de l’eau…
