Here you will find a piece of privacy, the loft is located in the courtyard / wing in the 1st. Floor. 4 guests can relax in 90 square meters comfortable and recharge their batteries. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a small separate bedroom with 2 single beds. The kitchenette is equipped with all cooking utensils, glasses and dishes. A nice place

The flat is well mocated, 30 mn by foot to the cjeck point charlie, 15mn to the Alexander platz by subway. The appartment is fine, clean and perfect for 4/5 people. The owner is allways available and ready to help. A nice place for a 3/4 days stay.

Lovely and spacious rental. Communication with the host was smooth and professional, and check-in was very easy and straightforward. Conveniently located and easy to access via transit. The neighbourhood is definitely vibrant and active with great bars and food--I'd recommend this rental for those who are interested in the local nightlife/social scene. We were four adults in our 30s (no children); this was a perfect home base to explore one of our favourite cities!

Charmant und zentral gelegen

Wohnung mit absolutem Berlin-Flair! Wirklich sympathisch eingerichtet mit Rückzugszimmer für unsere 17 jährige Tochter. Obwohl die Wohnung mitten in Kreuzberg liegt, direkt neben einer wirklich netten Kneipe, ist es in der Wohnung nicht laut, da man über einen Innenhof zum Gebäudekomplex der Wohnung kommt. Alles, was du brauchst, ist in direkter Nähe - öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, ein Supermarkt, Kneipen, Restaurants, kleine, charmant Läden etc. Ein super Ausgangspunkt um eine schöne Zeit in Berlin zu verbringen!

worst experience with VRBO yet

Home owner misrepresented the property as being on the first floor with no Lyft now telling VRBO there was a Lyft and there clearly was not and the place was up a flight of stairs that was not negotiable for disable 65 year old. Which they knew as they were told my age and disability concerning public transportation but now they said it was not clear.

Ruhiger Loft mitten im quirligen Kiez

Zentral gelegen, hell, großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hübsch dekoriert und bequem. Diese Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich bei einem Berlinbesuch wünscht. Nur einen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Haus sucht man vergeblich. Es gibt aber Parkhäuser in der Nähe.

Mooi appartement!

Een mooie appartement met genoeg ruimte en een degelijke badkamer. Appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ons appartement zat aan de achterzijde van het pand, waar ook een aantal containers staan. Hier soms wat geluidshinder door in de vroege ochtend maar hield ook snel weer op. Supermarkt, barretjes en restaurants allemaal op loopafstand. Ik zou dit appartement zeer zeker aanraden!
