Luxury apartment in the trendy district of Berlin Mitte

The apartment is located in the Choriner Höfe, a new construction project in the urban district Mitte. The Berliner Hof is redefined here with the latest architectural and urban concepts. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has a terrace and a small garden. The living room turns into a spacious veranda with soil depths windows and a glass door. In addition to the double bed you can win in a few steps two more sleeping options on the sofa. The Finnish and Danish design furniture persuade by its colorful and clear structure. The light and color concept was designed and created by our interior designer. The luxury Miele kitchen impresses with its design and functionality.
Underfloor heating, air conditioning system, oak parquet flooring, bathroom with bath tub and high quality tiles and fixtures, and innovative light objects are self-evident.

Petit mais très bien situé

Appartement situé dans un quartier animé et agréable avec plusieurs bons petits restaurants à distance de marche. Facile également de visiter Berlin à partir de là. Seul bémol: il ne s’agit pas à notre avis d’un véritable appartement 1 chambre, mais davantage d’un studio. Nous avions visiblement mal interprété les photos.

L appartement est très bien et fonctionnel. Situé au calme au sein de résidences de standing, c’est le lieu parfait pour se reposer et profiter de Berlin et de son quartier vivant ( Mitte ). La terrasse est un plus indégnable.

Accueil impeccable. Un appart spacieux, propre et bien aménagé. Situé dans Mitte, donc très stratégique. Un petit problème s'est présenté et le gestionnaire a réagi au quart de tour et de façon adéquate. Il est ouvert aux améliorations. Il faisait trop froid à Berlin en février pour apprécier la petite terrasse extérieure mais l'appartement était très bien chauffé . Idéal pour un couple ou avec un enfant.

Wir sind angenehm überrascht, sind ja landeier und plötzlich inmitten (Berlin Mitte) der deutschen metropole. Nahverkehr um die ecke, aber vieles auch zufuss erreichbar. Sehr ruhiges appartment, keine störenden Geräusche von oben oder sonstwo.

Geschmackvolle und verkehrsgünstige Wohnung

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - eine schöne Wohnung, die alles hatte, was man für einen Citytrip in Berlin braucht. Es ist alles in Ordnung und gepflegt. Die Übergabe war problemlos und die Lage inmitten eines lebendigen und verkehrsgünstig gelegenen Teils von Berlin sehr schön.

Friendly host and well equiped studio apartment

Andreas was super friendly. Being a studio flat we knew upfront that for a family this is a relatively small flat, but perfect for a few days to explore Berlin. Very nice and quiet residential area with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

A surprisingly quiet apartment in a bustling and central neighbourhood. The apartment was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable. Comfortable bed. Excellent Apartment

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Andreas’ apartment. It is in an excellent location: set back in a quiet complex but just a few steps to the bustling Rosenthaler Vorstadt. There are excellent bus, tram and U-Bahn links nearby. Plenty of cafes, bars and shops as well. The apartment flows very well and is designed to a high standard. There are all the amenities for your stay. Andreas is easily contactable and very much on top of communication. He is also incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great find. This place has the best location one could ask for. Pretty much walking distances to everything, with transit less than a 5 min walk. Also within a 5 minute walk are numerous restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, all good. Our host, Andreas , waited up to 1am to greet us, as our plane was delayed. He made himself available throughout our 4 day stay, and answered any questions we had, including restaurant recommendations. Our place was filled with high end appliances, and everything was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return. Thank you Andreas.
