Staff were very lovely but room allocation isn't based by when you book, instead by when you check in. As a result we ended up with a room without a window as we had a late flight. We could have asked to change the next day and see if it was possible, but not until after 12 when we'd have been out. So we accepted it. Room was big but it was stuffy and air con wasn't great. No natural light so it was hard to get up in the morning and feel alert and we had no idea what the weather was doing. Water wasn't topped up on the other days we stayed either. It was more far out than we realised but the train is close so want too bad. Had to request another pillow as they were very thin and you only had the one. It's was okay, but more average. Not bad, but stayed in much better places for the same value.

The reception staff were great and very helpful. However the carpet in the halls looked very dirty, the room was dingy, and the surrounding area was very limited for any shops, cafes, etc.

The stay in the hotel was very good Only my comments are that there are no activity or music show in the hotel I mean there are no entertainments also I prefer to think if you add hotel bus with special routes to and return for special area and places in Berlin

Great Cozy convenient and affordable high quality

The hotel is super amazing, room is very wide well equiped and very quiet, you can work and focus, also you can enjoy. There is a fantastic Gym on the third floor with all equipment in place, very organized and hygienic. The hotel is in a building where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops besides the area around is really full of great restaurants and places to visit

Location: The hotel’s central location is perfect, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Rooms: Spacious, modern, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness: Impeccably clean throughout, from rooms to common areas. Price: Excellent value for money, offering a high-quality stay at a reasonable price. Breakfast: Delicious and varied breakfast options, with everything fresh and well-organized. Staff: Friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcome.
