The property had regulations requesting guests to obey the quiet time past 10 p.m. In the middle of the night someone was digging through the trash cans, picking up the bottles. This echoed entire building, woke us up and disturbed for good 45 min. this was not a pleasant experience, providing that we had to wake up at 5:30 a.m. for the flight.

Quiet but convenient for public transport.

Very convenient for public transport into central Berlin. Lots of shops/ earteries on doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher (no microwave). Not much in the way of customer care - did not provide directions to the apartment; no recommendations of local places to eat/drink; no tourist information. Cleanliness ok but not sparkling, some of cups & glasses chipped. Dishwasher did not clean very well so we had to wash crockery/ cutlery before we first used them.
