Good location in Berlin-Charlottenburg, just off of Kuhdamm. Modern Hotel, fair prices. Not so good: I was given a room in the basement which I didn‘t like, and the aircon was loud.

Good location and fine amenities

The location is excellent near kudam ave . The Japanese receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful . The room was nice . I highly recommend this hotel . The only negative was some dust in room . I think the cleaning service should do better.

Excellent stay

Highly recommend the hotel, description of room was ‘low budget’ but this hotel room was better than most others I’ve stayed in and paid similar if not higher prices. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Worth a stay

Nice hotel and a great location. Very clean and pleasant. Good value. Breakfast was decent but not great. WiFi worked well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The room was spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I had a small issue with the cleaning, the toiletries were not renewed everyday and the sheets as well.

Room door didn’t lock properly

The room door did not lock properly, after speaking with the person at reception and having them come up and look we were told they had no other rooms and that someone would come and look at it in the morning. This was not done whatsoever, very dissappointed.

The room for 4 in second floor was very nice. It looks recently renovated, The bathroom very modern. The hotel is very dark all black decoration. Only one very small elevator that fits 2 people. Location was great close to public transportation. Hotel is not 4 star. Has a small breakfast area, reception and that's it.

really liked the hotel, most of the time v.good service, particularly the girl who checked us in. Lift was the slowest ever, no english tv channels workes (although obviously didn't come to berlin to watch tv in the room). No-one cam in the 3rd day to tidy or change towels (DND sign not on). Enjoyed the stay though and great room. Would come again or recommend.
